To get a Managing Broker License:
Candidates must be Broker for 2 years before being able to sit for the Managing Broker exam. In addition to having taken the 75 hours of class to become a Broker, candidates for a Managing Broker license must currently hold an active Broker license (for 2 years of the past 3 years) and complete an additional 45 hours of approved courses Managing Broker classes.
