Brokers that have never renewed a license must complete 30 hours of post licensing classes (30 Post Licensing CE hours) for their first renewal. The specific courses that you must take are Broker Post-License Topics (15 PL CE hours) and Broker Post-License Applied Real Estate Practices (15 PL CE hours). Take both classes from Information Professionals and get the second class for only $49 – that’s $100 off the second class!
New Brokers receiving their initial license just 90 days before the renewal do not have a Continuing Education requirement for the current renewal. Their license should show an April 30, 2022 expiration date.)
